Our vision: to be a unifying member responsive Nurses and Midwives Association in the country and beyond.
Our mission: to represent Nurses and Midwives in promoting professional development, social welfare, advocacy through professional capacity development, membership growth, and innovative governance. Membership details are published in full on our membership page.
Our core commitment: quality health care through the delivery of quality nursing services. We keep our word and you can be assured that we have the Nurse's best interests at heart.

Professional Development
Promoting professional development for Nurses and Midwives through accredited training, research and exchange programs.
Social Welfare
Supporting members through a social welfare program, and initiating evidence-based projects that address community needs.
Advocacy
Advocating for policy change and improvement through professional capacity development, and influencing health policy through evidence-based practice.
Innovative Governance
Growing membership and governing the Association transparently on behalf of all cadres of nurses in Kenya.
