Members complete an application form submitted through their HR manager or directly to the secretariat. Below is the full joining process, step by step.
Membership is open to all cadres of nurses in Kenya, drawn from practice settings, education and research institutions.

An ordinary member pays a monthly subscription fee of Kshs 300 by check-off, or Kshs 3,600 renewable annually. Subscriptions are paid on the member portal.
Once your subscription is confirmed, sign in to the member portal to manage your membership and access Association benefits.
The Association offers four categories of membership. Choose the one that matches where you are in your nursing career.
Ordinary
For practising nurses across all cadres — Kshs 300 monthly by check-off, or Kshs 3,600 renewable annually.
Student Nurse
For nurses in pre-service training, at a reduced rate of Kshs 150 monthly.
Life
Long-term membership of the Association. Contact the secretariat for details.
Honorary
Extended by invitation in recognition of service to the nursing profession.

The National Nurses Association of Kenya (NNA-Kenya) was established in 1968 and is duly registered under Cap 108 of the laws of Kenya.
