The National Nurses Association of Kenya has established a secretariat at our Main offices- Nurses Complex. The International migration office for nurses is administered under the Nurses Academy.
This is in line with the Kenya Government policy to actively facilitate the ethical nurse’s migration.
We will counsel, mentor, connect you to suitable prospective employer or employment agency.
We will also assist during the process of meeting the requirements of the host country. This includes pre-qualifying examinations and medical tests.
Among the courses we facilitate are listed below
1. Nclex qualifying examination preparation- online with support of IHM Australia online platform and physical preparations through our certified tutors
2. In collaboration with IHM,
/ UNIABOAR we train you to pass. IELTS Examinations
3. in collaboration with IHM We have online learning programs to help you qualify to practice in Australia

2. Republic of Saudi Arabia
Good news for our young unemployed/ underpaid nurses will be a thing of the past
We are all aware of the bilateral agreement btn the Kenya government and Saudi Arabia. Well, here are the details;
Salary is as follows;
1. Ksh.200,000 for BSCNs
2. ksh.145,000 for Diploma nurses.
Flight, accommodation and food are catered for.
Note : There’s no taxation in Saudi Arabia and therefore your salary will be intact.
It is a 2yr renewable contract with 21days annual leave.
Working schedule is 8hr/ day (40hrs a week)
Requirements:
1. Be a member of NNAK
2. Valid practicing license
3. Be a female
4. Be between 22- 35 yrs of age.
