The National Nurses Association of Kenya is excited to introduce Nurse/Midwife of the year Award (NMOYA) 2024. This award is meant to recognize and appreciate Kenya’ s best Nurse/Midwife 2024.
NMOYA award is a motivation and demonstration of NNAK unrelenting effort in promoting excellence in Clinical practice, Education, Management, Research and Innovation in Nursing and Midwifery.
NMOYA Awards has 3 categories:
- County government category – Nurses and Midwives working with County Governments
- National government category – Nurses and Midwives working under National Referral Facilities.
- Nurses and Midwives working in Private/Faith based /Research/ Training/Non-Governmental and other Institutions/Hospitals within the Country.
Each nominee should select a category for which they will apply and submit dully filled nominee form to their NNAK branch chairperson by 30th September, 2024. Each Branch shall nominate one person for the National contest.
The awards will be monetary and Non-monetary for the National winner,1st runners up and 2nd runners up.
The winner shall be announced during our International Annual Scientific Conference and Annual General Meeting at Kenyatta University, Amphitheatre.
