NNAK has collaborated with the Kenya health professional’s society (KHPS) to advocate for effective devolution of health services as enshrined in the Kenyan constitution 2010, for effective regulation of health care provision across the country and to provide for coordination mechanism between the National and the County government.
The objectives include:
- To ensure an effective regulatory framework of the health sector in Kenya.
- To influence the national government as it develops a new legal framework for the health sector under a devolved system of government to ensure effective and quality services.
- To provide for coordination mechanism between the national and the county government in the delivery of quality and efficient health services in Kenya.
