Annual General Meeting
NNAK holds AGM every year traditionally in September. This is the top most organ which gives the direction and the agenda for NNAK. All bonafide members are welcome to participate.
National Executive Council
This is the governing body mandated to oversee the running of the association. It meets on quarterly basis and is comprised of six national elected officials chapter and branch committee chairpersons or their representatives. The C.N.O, Ministry of Health, Registrar National Council of Kenya and a Representative from Institutes of Higher Learning.

There are six elected officials with mandate to oversee the day to day running of the office. These officials meet every month.
